I have about 1500 of these little HPE blocks that I am willing to send to anyone for the cost of postage. Take as few or as many as you need. They are exactly 1/2 inch thick and vary between 1 1/32” and 1 3/32”square. I can think of a few good uses in jigs, etc. But I am betting that the minds here can come up with quite a few more opportunities.

I have no idea if you can melt HDPE (high density polyethylene) and make something useful from it - but - fascinating idea. I'll wait and see. I do know it machines easily, is very dense and slippery.

I may round over the edges of some, drill a countersunk hole in the middle and use them as feet to raise my wood legged patio furniture off the ground.

Yeh that's exactly what I need to fill up more space. Like the look of those blocks and feel something could be made that could be useful. But not by me.

I just stumbled upon this site, and here this is, months later. Have you exhausted your supply?
