I was pricing mini-splits for the shop and noticed some of the manufactures are starting to offer air handler and furnace A coil units. Looks like these could be a diy install for the person needing to replace their old furnace/ac.
We have a forced air geothermal in the house that was installed in the 90's. It's not all that efficient anymore. It could probably use a good cleaning, but it's not something my wife would want to maintain if I was to kick the bucket anyway.
