8th day. Harley is eating regularly from my hand , chills out on my knee. Couple more weeks of this and we'll be best buds. She's taken up sitting in Jimmy's old spots. I've called her Jimmy a couple of time. Young pigeons are called squeaker for a reason. They squeak when want something, food or attention.

She took flight at 7:40 this morning. Still not back. Think she's gone.
Harley is a strong bird both physically and confident. I knew it was time for her to fly. She struck a bond with me of talorance. I could see that in her. So I knew it was a 50/50 chance. I am happy to have worked with her.

I was so hoping there would be good news posted here today. Last evening I spent some time learning about pigeons and doves. Some interesting info out there.
