Boggles my mind where a person can learn or know how to build such a fascinating object. Thanks for sharing.

There was one recently featured on the "Mysteries of the Museum" that did 7 different drawings (four drawings and three poems), but was build by a different Swiss watch maker. The mechanics of this one are in the base of the unit. The unit was donated in pieces and someone at the museum figured out how it went back together.
