That's AWESOME! I need to make one of those! (Definitely not for the swap though, that would take me 2 years to make! )

To save on shipping, if someone else wants to make it for the swap, assuming there are no big ponds to cross, you could just ride it to its destination.

You could make a scaled down one, if your really wanted to make one. Although IMHO a laser cutting table or a CNC routing system would help a lot. Cutting so many pieces on a jigsaw can be tiresome.
