Love homemade ice cream. We don't make it often but this a recipe we like during the summer.
One 2 liter bottle of Orange Crush, 2 cans of Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk, and a 20 oz. can of crushed pineapple.
Mix all of this together and pour into a pre-chilled can for your ice cream maker and churn away.
It will not get as solid as ice cream so we scoop it out into plastic containers and freeze it overnight. After freezing it has the consistency of old time sherbet.
