Was visiting at my son and DIL's home yesterday. Of course, the grand children were there. My five year old, kindergarten granddaughter, at one point, ran up to me and handed me a folded piece of paper with a cute sticker on the front. She said it was a card for me that she had made.
Written inside, I'm sure it was meant to say "I love you Grand Pop".
However, she got the spelling wrong (she is only five years old) and it came
out as "I love you Ground Poop". Oh, well. The intent is what counts.
I am keeping the card. It's a treasure in it's own way.

You just know that name will probably become a legend in your family...

"...and this picture is of your great-grandfather Frank. We all called him Ground Poop. It's a long story."

Sounds to me like you got a blooming environmentalist on your hand...either that or a very good entrepreneur...organic compost is worth a lot of money...no wonder they love it! (LOL)

Not likely. I didn't correct her or show it to anyone else. I thanked her and told her I loved her too. Then I put it in my suitcase and brought home.
Yes, maybe ten years from now I'll show it to her.
