I would start it like a challenge and end with a nervous breakdown..... Actually I have a box of screws that looks exactly like that, and I never decide wether to dump it or take the time to sort and organize them all.

Searching through the mess for what you need then putting back in box is far easier and faster than sorting and organizing.
